  • Drive accounting automation, ERP optimization, and continuous process improvement.
  • Research and document technical accounting matters including revenue recognition, leases, and complex transactions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, capital investment reviews, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide financial leadership for energy-industry topics including project accounting, asset capitalization, operational cost analysis, and infrastructure investments.

Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to partner closely with the Controller in leading the accounting organization through continued growth and integration. This leader will oversee accounting operations, strengthen financial controls, improve business processes, and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Controller, the Assistant Controller serves as the Controller's strategic business partner, leading day-to-day accounting operations while driving transformation, standardization, automation, and integration initiatives across the organization. The role is expected to identify opportunities to improve financial processes through technology and data-driven decision making while establishing controls to ensure financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
