Qualifications

• Master's degree required; PhD preferred in a related field.
• BCBA certification required; candidates accruing supervision hours are welcome.
• Minimum of 3+ years designing ABA treatment programs in a school setting.
• Proven leadership skills in staff supervision, training, and problem-solving.
• In-depth knowledge of ABA best practices, IEP processes, and special education regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of school-based clinicians.
• Develop and oversee ABA programs including Functional Behavior Assessments and Verbal Behavior frameworks.
• Train and support teachers and staff for consistent, high-quality behavioral interventions.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to create individualized support plans.
• Drive innovation by shaping clinical training and systemic improvements.
