The Area Service Manager leads mobile service operations across an assigned geographic territory, managing a team of 12-18 mobile technicians who provide on-site fleet maintenance and repair services at customer locations. This role drives financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic customer relationships while ensuring technicians deliver Master Workmanship standards in the field. The Area Service Manager Balances P&L accountability with people development, coaching technicians to advance their skills while maintaining high service quality, safety compliance, and profitability across all mobile operations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in fleet service operations, mobile service management, or related field service leadership
• Proven track record of P&L management and achieving financial targets in service operations
• Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing technical teams
• Strong understanding of heavy-duty truck maintenance, DOT regulations, and PM compliance requirements
• Experience with service management systems (Karmak, Navistar, or similar platforms)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with ability to engage customers at all organizational levels
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory as needed

Compensation

• $75K-$90K Salary
• Up to 2 weeks of vacation in your first year, increasing to 3 weeks in your 4th year
• 7 paid holidays (eligible from day one)
