We need a confident sales professional with excellent communication skills to maintain ongoing relationships with our loan originators. This role serves as the direct leadership connection between corporate leadership and branch-level Loan Originators while helping support recruiting growth, team morale, coaching opportunities, pipeline management, and profitability.
