leadership, guidance and support on financial information, business
performance and implementation of strategies

 Key Responsibilities & Job Content

Performance Management & Financial Leadership:

  • Lead accurate and timely reporting of financial, commercial, and operational performance.
  • Steer Product P&L, ensuring transparency on revenue, cost, volumes, GP, and EBIT.
  • Forecasting, target setting, gap analysis, and improvement plans.
  • Provide forwardlooking insights that enhance profitability and decisionmaking.
  • Support governance with MOS reviews and customer/product profitability analysis.

Business Partnering & Commercial Support:

  • Serve as the primary finance partner to Product and Commercial teams.
  • Challenge assumptions, validate strategies, and ensure financial rigor in decisions.
  • Shape product strategies on rates, volumes, and trade mix; highlight performance gaps.
  • Lead pricing support, costtoserve analysis, and margin protection actions.
  • Strengthen customer and product profitability management.

Analytics, Insights & Business Steering

  • Conduct deepdive analysis on revenue application, cost recovery, and margin drivers.
  • Provide market, macroeconomic, and benchmarking insights.
  • Deliver management reports, bridges, and actionable performance insights.
  • Drive simplification, automation, and standardization of analytics and reporting.
  • Improve visibility, governance, and operational efficiency using datadriven insights.

Execution Support & CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Area leadership, Product, Sales, Operations, CX, Procurement, and GSC.
  • Lead or support key transformation and performanceimprovement initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with Region and Centre on performance frameworks and best practices.
  • Provide robust data, assumptions, and clear narratives across leadership forums.
