Job Summary:We are seeking an Area Operations Manager to support daily operations by coordinating workflows, monitoring production, and ensuring high-quality service delivery within an assigned region. This role works closely with internal teams, clients, and field partners to help ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
The Area Operations Manager serves as a key operational resource, balancing multiple priorities while supporting team performance, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to improve processes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating across teams, and helping drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operational activities within an assigned region to support timely and accurate service delivery
- Coordinate work assignments and monitor production to help ensure customer commitments and service standards are met
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, clients, and vendors to resolve operational questions and maintain effective communication
- Monitor workflow, production metrics, and quality standards while identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Support operational planning and participate in tactical and strategic initiatives to improve team performance
- Assist with reviewing assignments, prioritizing work, and resolving operational issues as they arise
- Prepare and communicate operational reports, performance updates, and recommendations to leadership
- Support onboarding, coaching, and development of team members as needed
- Lead or participate in special projects focused on improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and service quality
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing Acrisure and delivering exceptional customer service
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:- Experience in operations, customer service, insurance, project coordination, or a related business environment required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams
- Experience coordinating projects, workflows, or operational processes beneficial
- Supervisory or leadership experience beneficial
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
- Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment helpful
Education and licenses:- Associate degree or higher beneficial
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
