  • Utilize continuous improvement tools to achieve KPI targets and address performance gaps.
  • Apply data analysis and visualization tools to assess trends and drive corrective actions.

SALARY: $84,800 - $100,700, Bonus Eligible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Front-line manager role supervising operators on rotating shifts

  • Own the performance of your equipment center area, leading the front9line team responsible for safely operating and maintaining assigned production equipment.

  • Establish, monitor, and improve critical control points to ensure Safety, Quality, and Performance targets are consistently met.

  • Enforce all safety, quality, and compliance standards within the equipment center.

  • Ensure execution of preventative maintenance activities and adherence to all SOPs.

  • Utilize continuous improvement tools to achieve KPI targets and close performance gaps, including root cause analysis (5 Whys), structured problemsolving, gap analysis, MCRS schedules and action logs, and PDCA/SDCA cycles.

  • Apply data collection, analysis, and visualization (Excel, VBA, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent platforms) to assess trends and drive corrective actions.

  • Review production plans and coordinate labor and equipment to meet schedule requirements while maintaining quality.

  • Responsible for area financial performance by monitoring key cost drivers and efficiency metrics.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree required; a concentration in engineering or related field is strongly preferred.

  • Experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or a technical environment preferred.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to support and influence a front9line team.

  • Demonstrated leadership in driving results through coaching, team development, and crossfunctional collaboration.

  • Highly selfmotivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

  • Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and dashboard visualization practices.

  • Working knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent platforms preferred.

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, equipment, and operational platforms.
