What You'll Do- Lead all foodservice operations across patient dining, retail, and catering.

What You Bring- Experience in senior-level foodservice management, specifically in healthcare
- Experience leading large teams in complex, multi-unit environments.
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of success in P&L or fee-based settings.
- High energy, hands-on leadership style - this role requires daily onsite presence.
- Familiarity with Sodexo systems is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, high-expectation environment.
