The Role: Area General Manager - Leader of Vision, Culture & PerformanceAs our Area General Manager, you are the strategic force behind two exceptional Marriott-branded hotels. Your leadership shapes culture, inspires teams, drives financial performance, elevates guest experiences, and creates an environment where curators thrive and guests return.

What You'll Do- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the campus which encompasses both hotels.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
- Lead and develop department leaders across all operational disciplines.
- Champion guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital planning.
- Build strong relationships with ownership, clients, and community stakeholders.
What You Bring- 10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
- General Manager or multi-property leadership experience.
- Strong financial and operational expertise.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Marriott and lifestyle hotel experience preferred.
