The Opportunity:
The Architecture/Technology SME is a principal technical advisor and subject matter expert responsible for guiding the architectural vision and integration of advanced technologies within a Joint Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) environment. This individual will lead the design of a cohesive, secure, and resilient "system of systems" that incorporates diverse technological domains to enhance mission effectiveness and support Department of War (DoW) modernization goals.
Responsibilities:
- Advanced Computing Paradigms: Designs and applies modern computing architectures, including hybrid-cloud, edge computing, and big data platforms, to solve complex operational challenges.
- M&S and Analytical Frameworks: Architects solutions that integrate Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), advanced Modeling & Simulation (M&S) analysis tools, and AI/ML data pipelines.
- Secure & Resilient Communications: Supervises advanced, resilient network architectures and cybersecurity principles (e.g., Zero Trust). Architects and integrates Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS) for secure data exchange.
- Strategic Application: Applies architectural expertise to large-scale DoD operational contexts, such as INDOPACOM exercises, ensuring technology solutions meet warfighter requirements & Experience.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's or higher in relevant technical discipline such as Computer, Operations Research, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or other engineering majors.
- Enterprise Technology Integration: 10+ years of experience in system-of-systems architecture, with demonstrated expertise in integrating disparate and emerging technology areas into a unified enterprise solution.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Active Secret Clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$98,500-$206,800
