Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in commercial architecture, especially in restaurant and retail sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture preferred.
• Strong client communication and engagement skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities for managing priorities.
• Ability to collaborate within a team while achieving individual results.
• Knowledge of building codes and MEP systems essential.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office; Revit knowledge is a bonus.
• Licensure or pathway to licensure is favorable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from initial concept to construction documentation.
• Delegate and oversee work of CAD drafters, project coordinators, and project managers.
• Self-perform tasks as needed to keep projects on schedule.
• Assist with project billing, administration, budgeting, and proposals.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams (MEP, Civil, etc.).
• Lead client communication to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project.
• Prepare and review architectural construction documents ensuring compliance with codes.
