  • Gérer la plateforme d'Outillage - feuille de route, développement et maintien
  • Développer des relations avec les parties prenantes et gérer la gouvernance de programme et l'alignement stratégique
  • Gérer les fournisseurs de services pour l'exécution de projets et le support des solutions
  • Collaborer avec les experts pour définir les besoins d'affaires et solutions- Faire le pont entre les requis d'affaire et les solutions numériques
  • Valoriser l'expertise technique et la compréhension des besoins d'affaire pour proposer le design, diriger le développement, les tests, le déploiement et la maintenance de solutions techniques
  • Veille technologies sur les technologies numériques dans le domaine manufacturier
  • Diriger et guider une équipe de développeurs pour la conception, le test et la mise en œuvre de pratiques de développement logiciel
  • Définir, mettre en œuvre et promouvoir l'utilisation de standards et procédures
  • Appliquer les processus et outils de gestion de produit et DevOps ; effectuer des revues de conception et de code avec les équipes de développement afin de fournir un encadrement et des orientations pour l'amélioration continue


Ce poste est désigné en présentiel, avec une présence régulière requise à nos installations situées à Longueuil, Québec

Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Baccalauréat en génie logiciel, génie informatique, informatique, génie de la production automatisée ou génie mécanique, combiné à un minimum de 7 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un environnement manufacturier complexe
  • Solide compréhension des processus de fabrication, de la planification manufacturière et des environnements d'outillage
  • Expérience démontrée en coordination d'équipes techniques ou en gestion de projets technologiques (un atout important)
  • Capacité à exercer un leadership d'influence, à mobiliser les parties prenantes et à communiquer efficacement à tous les niveaux de l'organisation
  • Expertise du cycle de vie complet du développement logiciel (SDLC), incluant la conception de solutions robustes, modulaires et maintenables, ainsi que l'application des meilleures pratiques en architecture et en standards de développement
  • Capacité à vulgariser et à communiquer des enjeux techniques complexes.

What do you need to be successful?
  • A bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Automated Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing context.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing engineering, process planning and tooling.
  • Technical team coordination or project management experience (asset).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, initiative and a team player with a sense of team spirit.
  • Strong experience with Software Development Lifecycle, ability to create well-modularized, maintainable software and enforce coding standards and design.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues.


This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires good knowledge of English to read and understand, daily, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
