Qualifications

• Registered Architect with Bachelor's or Master's Degree from NAAB-accredited university
• 10+ years of relevant design experience post licensure preferred
• Strong technical skills in producing design and construction documents
• Proficient in Revit, with experience in graphic software like SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape
• Understanding of state building codes and procurement processes
• LEED accreditation or interest in pursuing it is preferred
• Ability to manage projects independently with oversight

Responsibilities

• Create visual presentations for client interactions
