  • Agile Product Management: Serve as the Product Owner for one or more Agile development teams, managing the product backlog, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing features to maximize business value.
  • Forward Thinking & Prioritization: Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies (especially in AI and FinTech), and regulatory changes to identify future opportunities and challenges, driving the prioritization of strategic initiatives and product development.
  • Workflow & Application Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and application workflows, identifying areas for improvement, automation, and re-engineering to enhance efficiency and compliance through technology.
  • Collaboration with Technology Teams: Partner closely with developers, architects, and quality assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle, providing clarity on requirements, resolving ambiguities, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives.
  • Documentation & Communication: Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, process flows, and training materials. Effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
