The engineer will ensure operational continuity, system performance stability, and consistent user support during dual-environment operations and after full MREF deployment.
  • Provide full sustainment, configuration management, issue resolution, and operational support for existing MSFC and HQ TRIRIGA environments through migration completion, production cutover, and acceptance of MREF in the OSI MAS environment.
  • Support parallel operations between MSFC TRIRIGA and OSI MAS as required during migration and transition phases.
  • Maintain stable system performance and service levels without disruption during the migration lifecycle.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate infrastructure or integration issues that arise during dual-environment operations.
