This is not just another development role. In this position, you will partner directly with front-office business teams to design and deliver cutting-edge applications. By leveraging your expertise in enterprise Java development, real-time data streaming, and Artificial Intelligence, you will solve complex, high-impact financial challenges. What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust, enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring, and Kafka.
  • Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces with modern frameworks like Angular and React.js.
  • Leverage AI and Machine Learning to create innovative features and drive intelligent automation.
  • Work with diverse data persistence technologies, including MongoDB and Oracle, to manage complex data landscapes.
  • Champion best practices in software development, including writing clean, testable code with JUnit and participating in rigorous code reviews.
  • Collaborate within an Agile framework using tools like Jira to manage workflows and ensure timely delivery.
  • Contribute to our DevOps culture by working with containerization and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance to senior stakeholders.


What You'll Bring
Required Experience:
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot and its ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with data streaming technologies, specifically Kafka.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and relational databases like Oracle.
  • Familiarity with frontend development using Angular.
  • A foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and their application.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.


Preferred Experience:
  • Expertise with the Java 17+,Spring and Spring Boot Framework, Reactive Programming.
  • Experience with Python for scripting.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Experience building with Angular and React.js.
  • Proficiency with testing frameworks like JUnit.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira.


Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree/University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
