Description

REQUIRED: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
LOCATION: Full-time onsite in Chantilly, VA

As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll design and implement applications using agile methodology and Jira, applying industry best practices to deliver secure, high-performance systems. You'll analyze and document web-based components, integrate with APIs and databases, and create workflows that simplify support and compliance processes. Your work will enhance UX/UI, reduce maintenance, and accelerate delivery across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities and Experience needed

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
  • Development of ServiceNow applications.
  • Implementing industry best practices and associated technical solutions consistent with accessibility standards.
  • Using agile methodology.
  • Using Jira.
  • Proposing recommendations that provide business value while supporting business goals and objectives, with an emphasis on improving User Experience/User Interface (UX/Ul), reducing O&M, increasing quality and speed of delivery, transforming, and modernizing web-based application, system, and service components.
  • Analyzing and documenting web-based application, system, or service components and associated interfaces, including those with databases and web services/APis to assist in decision-making regarding future development.
  • Interfacing with web-based databases and providing reports generation.
  • On-job experience with version control software like Github or Subversion.
  • Managing Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support, using service management systems.
  • Developing IT support documents that include SOPs, digital IT workflows, IT knowledge base, pre and post deployment checklists, IT architectural diagrams, system security plans, and administrative processes.
  • Working with compliance or performance management applications.
  • Certification: Service Now Developer
