Responsibilities

• Act as a customer-focused applications and product expert.
• Lead a small team of application scientists in project execution and customer engagement.
• Promote best practices for Nova's metrology solutions.
• Manage and track projects related to customer engagements effectively.
• Mentor and coach less experienced engineers in the field.
• Conduct strategic customer demonstrations of Nova’s solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting and provide support for end-users and service engineers.
