Job Title: Application Support Specialist

Location(s): Salt Lake City, UT

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to provide hands-on application and cloud infrastructure support in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java microservices, Salesforce development, AWS cloud technologies, automation, and application troubleshooting. This role requires participation in an application support rotation and close collaboration with development and infrastructure teams to ensure platform stability and performance.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience supporting Java microservices and applications built using Spring Boot.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • API Integrations
    • Flows
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud features, including:
    • Web-to-Case
    • Assignment Rules
    • Experience Cloud
    • Salesforce Developer I and Salesforce Developer II certifications are required.
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud services, including:
    • EC2
    • S3
    • RDS
    • Lambda
    • VPC
    • Route 53
    • Kubernetes
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
    • Terraform
    • AWS CloudFormation
  • Experience troubleshooting Linux and Windows environments.
  • Proficiency with AWS CLI and scripting using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with automation tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of Jira.
  • Ability to independently:
    • Provide application support
    • Develop, test, debug, and deploy code

Additional Requirements
