Position Overview
The Application Development Lead is responsible for leading software development activities supporting enterprise application modernization, workflow automation, system enhancements, and integration initiatives. The individual will provide technical leadership, mentor development staff, establish coding standards, and ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead software development teams through the full SDLC.
- Design and develop enterprise applications and services.
- Establish coding standards and development best practices.
- Perform code reviews and technical quality assurance.
- Coordinate with architects, analysts, and integration teams.
- Support deployment and production implementation activities.
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and performance concerns.
- Produce technical documentation and implementation guidance.
- Ensure compliance with security and development standards.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years leading development teams.
- Experience developing enterprise web applications.
- Experience with API integration and modern application architectures.
- Strong Agile development experience.
