Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1 year of relevant IT or analytical clinical experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar applications
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and team skills
• Able to manage time effectively and demonstrate good interpersonal skills
• Ability to independently complete projects and resolve complex problems
• Understanding of healthcare organizations and associated systems

Responsibilities

• Implement and support assigned systems under senior team members' guidance
• Develop and document system design and testing procedures
• Modify systems to enhance workflows or serve new purposes
• Analyze system performance to identify and correct issues
• Participate in scheduled version upgrades for applications
• Coordinate project scheduling and facilitate necessary meetings
• Maintain records for change requests and regularly attend change control committee
• Support clinical disciplines to enhance user engagement and workflow
