Strong delivery leadership: Have successfully managed large-scale portfolios while remaining actively engaged in client delivery, transformation initiatives, and business outcomes.
Account growth mindset: Have a proven track record of expanding strategic accounts through delivery-led growth, identifying whitespace opportunities, cross-sell/up-sell, and managed services adoption.
Combination of account familiarity, delivery ownership, growth capability, and billable leadership.
͏Key Responsibilities:- Actively collaborate with diverse client teams to nurture relationships that facilitate growth opportunities within the accounts.
- Work closely with the delivery organization to ensure they are equipped and focused on achieving client success while proactively identifying and addressing any challenges.
- Assist the delivery team in comprehending client requirements and ensuring that reporting is effectively executed back to client teams.
- Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through strategic networking and account management.
- Engage in data analysis to synthesize insights and present solutions to senior leadership and C-level executives.
- A rich professional network with a penchant for building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
- Proficient knowledge of outsourced solutions, with the ability to navigate and influence senior leaders effectively.

͏͏͏The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
