OverviewThe Miami, FL office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an Appellate/Trial Support Associate Attorney to join its Appellate Practice.
The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) to fifteen (15) years of appellate experience, including a working knowledge of state and federal civil and appellate procedure, and excellent advocacy and writing skills. Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
The successful candidate will have experience evaluating trial records, writing effective briefs, analyzing and framing factual and legal issues considering the appellate standard of review, conducting legal research, and presenting oral argument.
