Requirements/Responsibilities:- Experience in sleep medicine is a plus, not required.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Comprehensive Evaluations: Perform detailed patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and sleep-focused evaluations.
- Diagnostic Insight: Interpret sleep studies such as polysomnography and home sleep apnea tests to inform clinical decisions.
Education and Licensure:- Graduation from an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Note: Puerto Rico-based programs are not accepted)
- Active Arizona license (or ability to obtain before start date)
- National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- DEA license or eligibility to obtain
