Description

RiverTech is looking for an AOC Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Analyst to work in Sumter, SC.  The AOC ISR Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) manages all AOC intelligence systems in direct support of the AOC Director, as outlined in AFI 13-1 AOC Volume 3. This position provides operational ISR subject matter expertise to ensure configuration, capabilities, and database information support AOC ISR Division requirements.  To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with ISR Division personnel to ensure intelligence information systems are integrated and support all AOC processes for at least two exercises/tests per year.
  • Provide operational assistance to users of intelligence information systems and initial troubleshooting of system failures for at least two exercises/tests per year.
  • Ensure receipt of information and proper data exchange (e.g., target lists, MIDB) from other C4I system equipment into AOC ISR systems for at least two exercises/tests per year.
  • Develop, maintain, and coordinate AOC ISR systems downtime, upgrades, and timelines, establishing and coordinating priorities as appropriate at least two times per year.
  • Participate in DT&E and OT&E as ISR system and application SME as required.
  • Provide daily mentorship for up to 12 newly assigned ISR Division personnel per year.
  • Collaborate with local AOC Training Managers for approximately 350 personnel across 20 classes per year to ensure MQT requirements and instruction are accurate and reflect current AOC ISR configurations, technologies, and support responsibilities; instruct MQT training as required for the same classes.
  • Travel in support of war, contingency, and humanitarian operations, exercises, and experiments; may require CONUS and OCONUS travel.
  • Normal work hours are 0800–1700, Monday–Friday (40 hrs/week); exercise support may shift hours up to 9 hrs/day with 48-hour advance notice.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any subject, or five (5) years of experience with AOC ISR systems.
  • Completion of formal AOC FTU (Formal Training Unit) Course or equivalent.
  • Completion of a service intelligence course at either officer or enlisted level.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with joint and Air Force ISR capabilities.
  • Prior participation in AOC exercises or operations as an AOC ISR Division member.
  • Experience supporting AOC operations within classified environments, to include SIPRNet and JWICS.
  • Three (3) years of experience on USAFCENT, NAF, or other service-equivalent staff.
  • Must possess a U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
