The Work
Position Roles and Responsibilities include:
• Coordinate with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Anti-tamper (AT) and C2BMC leadership on updates and/or changes to the C2BMC system
• Perform Anti-Tamper Risk and Threat Management Assessments and reports for the C2BMC program
• Develop the analysis process and preparation of the AT plan and provide coordination and input for near-term fielding decisions
• Develop, deliver, and maintain C2BMC AT Plan, C2BMC AT Evaluation Plan, C2BMC Key Management Plan, and the C2BMC Program Protection Plan
• Develop, deliver, and maintain Critical Program Information (CPI) analysis, Defense Exportability Assessments, and defense export strategy
• Develop, deliver, and maintain waivers for CPI, AT or defense exportability features
• Assess program Anti-Tamper designs and implementation plans in support of verification and validation efforts
• Develop and deliver recommendations to improve program protection while meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectives
• Assess program protection and Anti-Tamper designs and implementation plans in support of verification and validation efforts
• Identify risk-based technical countermeasures for the protection of C2BMC Critical Program Information and Critical Components.
• Brief Anti-Tamper and Program Protection requirements and prepare white papers and evaluations as required
• Support program milestone reviews and Fielding Decisions and verify entrance criteria is satisfied by having the Anti-Tamper and Program Protection products approved.
• Interact with customer to define SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, implementation, system impacts, and effectiveness
• Support developing plans and estimates, task execution, project tracking, reporting, and risk identification and mitigation plans. Keep senior management informed on major accomplishments, issues and concerns
Please Note:
-This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
-The role will involve approximately 10% travel to customer sites throughout the U.S.
Basic Qualifications
• A final secret clearance is required for consideration
• Knowledge of anti tamper
• Solve complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
• Work is performed without appreciable direction and is reviewed for desired results from a relatively long time perspective
• May function in project leadership roles and represents the organization as prime customer contact on significant technical matters on contracts.

• A demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team of high performing individuals across a multi-site, multi-discipline organization
• Ability to analyze high level needs and through a structured and logical approach to refine the need into an evolving minimum viable product (MVP) that leads to a fielded product
• Excellent communications skills required (written and verbal)
• Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings
• Able to write and implement engineering plans within a project
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $125,600 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
