Liaise between ITD, services teams, and plant leadership to support capital projects and operational changes.

Partner with global teams in Customer Service, Estimating, Planning, Purchasing, Scheduling, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Finance to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Support Radius and regional rollouts, acting as SME and changing agent to ensure process standardization and post-launch optimization.
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐤:
- Build trusted relationships with Business Process Owners and key stakeholders to align on templates, enhancements, and strategic outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT, fostering collaboration and driving timely, effective project delivery.
- Serve as a functional SME, leading ITD engagement to implement new processes and technologies across business areas.
- Work with Power Users to ensure Radius meets business needs across products and regions; support testing and cut-over activities.
- Identify training gaps and support needs to ensure adoption and compliance with core applications.
- Ensure teams have access to critical data for managing operations and identify opportunities for tech-driven growth.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐞𝐝:
- 5+ years' experience in manufacturing, supporting both IT and business functions
- Proven execution and task management abilities across ITD functions
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and driving change at local sites
- Experience implementing operational management systems
- Proficient in standard model processes and business systems
- Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
