Full Job Description
This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Analytics team members and escalation/resolution of account issues, as needed. This individual will also be responsible for communications with other department leadership to ensure that workflows are optimal.
This is a full time, hybrid Analytics Manager role located in Brentwood, TN.
What You'll Do
• Develop processes/procedures for workflows amongst team members.
• Work with appropriate internal staff (Ops, Reporting, etc.) to obtain feedback for continuous improvement of client reports.
• Provide feedback on and/or develop report optimization requirements.
• Day-to-day oversight of Analytics team members.
• Lead development of skillsets related to the role.
• Assist team with setting up workflows and regular communications amongst regional teams.
• Ensure that team has relevant tools and information needed to perform function and help develop requirements for any additional tools.
• Develop best practices related to Operations communications.
• Train team on fielding ad hoc requests and process for involving account manager and others.
• Serve as a point of escalation for account issues and work with account management team in finding resolution.
• May participate in interdepartmental project groups or task forces to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, contract awards, and new policy requirements.
• Supports marketing/sales objectives and efforts as requested.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree, healthcare (health administration, public health, medicine), and substantial quantitative coursework with demonstrated academic excellence or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in health care (prefer onsite health centers).
• Experience with client facing report development.
• Willingness to develop and explore new approaches, adapt, and execute quickly.
• Exceptionally strong analytic abilities, with track record of identifying insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proven track record of taking initiative and managing processes efficiently.
• History of superior performance across various educational and professional settings.
• Collaborative working style with the ability to work across different departments and personalities.
• Must have good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and transition strategies.
• Knowledge of hospital billing and contracting methodologies.
