You will be the architect of strategic clarity, leading a talented team of Data Analysts and SQL Developers to ensure that every decision, from marketing campaigns to operational efficiency, is backed by rigorous insight, precision, and purpose.
This role is perfect for an analytics leader who is equal parts strategist, project manager, and mentor. You will take ownership of the entire analytics ecosystem, from project intake, scoping, and prioritization through to delivery, quality control, and portfolio tracking. By implementing Agile Scrum methodologies, you will ensure high-quality, timely deliverables that align directly with our Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations stakeholders, always acting with our 'End of the Line' philosophy to guarantee seamless execution and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Analysts and SQL Developers, managing the full employee lifecycle-from recruitment and training to performance evaluations and career coaching.
- Own the end-to-end project management lifecycle for the Analytics department, overseeing intake, requirements gathering, scoping, capacity planning, and prioritization to ensure alignment with business stakeholder needs
- Implement and facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery check-ins) to maintain a structured, efficient, and transparent workflow.
- Partner with the Director of Strategy to translate high-level business objectives into clearly defined analytical projects, complete with specific deliverables, realistic timelines, and measurable success criteria.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, proactively communicating project statuses, risks, tradeoffs, and key insights to leadership and stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Maintain rigorous standards for documentation, testing, validation, and quality control, ensuring all analytics outputs are accurate, consistent, and defensible.
- Coach team members to strengthen their critical thinking, data storytelling, and independent problem-solving skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify new reporting and analytics needs, ensuring the team's work directly supports and drives strategic organizational decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate and improve analytics workflows, tools, and reporting processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and the overall business impact of the team's output.
- Represent the Analytics team in leadership discussions, presenting complex analytical findings and recommendations in a clear, digestible format to inform executive-level management decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in project management, analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing a technical team.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and project management systems.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Working knowledge of business intelligence, reporting, data visualization, and analytics tools sufficient to oversee projects and support team performance.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts and project statuses effectively to stakeholders and leadership at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals and business priorities.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to assess risks, evaluate alternatives, and remove obstacles.
- Professional business-level proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing, and interpreting).\
