En vous joignant à nous à titre d’analyste de systèmes, vous ferez partie de l’équipe des Technologies numériques basée sur le site de Longueuil. Cette équipe est responsable de concevoir et de livrer des solutions TI pour le secteur des Opérations, notamment pour les équipes de Production, d’Assemblage et d’Essais, ainsi que de Maintenance des installations.

Le candidat idéal est une personne expérimentée, motivée et axée sur les résultats, qui collaborera étroitement avec les équipes des opérations afin de comprendre leurs besoins, d’identifier des solutions et de développer des fonctionnalités qui répondent — voire surpassent — leurs attentes.

Ce rôle exige une collaboration soutenue avec une équipe TI multidisciplinaire, des fournisseurs de logiciels externes, des partenaires et des experts de contenu, afin de concevoir et déployer des solutions intégrées.

La personne retenue mettra à profit une solide expertise technique pour recommander des approches efficaces, résoudre des enjeux complexes et proposer des solutions innovantes alignées sur les meilleures pratiques et l’architecture applicative de l’entreprise.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?

  • Participer à la transformation numérique SAP S/4HANA dans le cadre du volet « Plan to Sustain ».

  • Collaborer avec les partenaires d’affaires et les équipes fonctionnelles afin d’identifier des occasions d’optimisation pour les systèmes des Opérations, d’améliorer les processus, de promouvoir les meilleures pratiques et de générer des gains d’efficacité.

  • Effectuer la résolution de problèmes tant techniques que fonctionnels et assurer l’intégration harmonieuse entre les différentes solutions et applications.

  • Documenter les besoins d’affaires et les traduire en spécifications fonctionnelles permettant de livrer des solutions complètes et conformes aux exigences.

  • Travailler au sein d’équipes multidisciplinaires pour assurer une intégration fluide entre les Opérations et les autres applications d’entreprise.

  • Diriger ou participer à des projets liés à l’ERP et veiller à l’alignement des parties prenantes sur la vision, la portée, le calendrier et le budget.

  • Identifier, évaluer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives d’amélioration continue grâce aux configurations applicatives standard et aux meilleures pratiques.

  • Effectuer le transfert de connaissances aux équipes de soutien post-déploiement.

  • Être disponible pour des déplacements selon les besoins d’affaires ou de projets.

Qu’est-ce qu’il vous faut pour réussir?

Qualifications minimales

  • Baccalauréat en technologie de l’information ou dans un domaine connexe, et au moins 5 ans d’expérience en TI, incluant des rôles en relation clients, en collecte des besoins, en conception de solutions fonctionnelles/techniques, en soutien, ainsi qu’en gestion et livraison de projets dans des environnements dynamiques;

  • OU diplôme d’études supérieures avec un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente répondant aux critères mentionnés ci-dessus;

  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en configuration du module SAP Production Planning (une expérience sur SAP S/4HANA est un atout);

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en facilitation et en analyse;

  • Compétences éprouvées en gestion de projets.

Qualifications souhaitées

  • Certification SAP PP (ECC ou S/4);

  • Connaissance fonctionnelle de SAP PM (maintenance des installations) ou d’autres modules;

  • Solide expérience technique dans un environnement SAP complexe;

  • Expérience démontrée en leadership d’initiatives d’amélioration de processus;

  • Capacité prouvée à mettre en place des processus traversant plusieurs unités d’affaires;

  • Expérience en méthodologies agiles et contribution à la mise en œuvre de pratiques agiles à grande échelle;

  • Expérience en débogage de programmes;

  • Expérience avec BTP/MES.

Ce poste s’inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l’anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d’organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: SAP Functional Analyst - Production Planning (SAP PP)

Position overview:

By joining us as a system analyst, you will be part of our onsite Digital Technologies team based in Longueuil, which focuses on delivering IT solutions for our Operations team, particularly for the Production, Assembly & Test and Plant Maintenance organizations.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, highly motivated and mission-driven individual who will engage directly with the operations organization to understand customer requirements, identify, and develop solutions that meet or exceed customers’ expectations

This position requires partnership with a cross functional Digital Technology team, 3rd party software vendors, partners and subject matter experts to develop and execute integrated solutions.

The individual will leverage a strong technical background to propose solutions, troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions that leverage best practices and technologies within the company’s application processes and architecture.

What your day to day will look like:

  • Participate in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream

  • Work with business stakeholders and other functional areas to define process opportunities for Operations Systems that streamline business processes, promote best practices and drive business benefits.

  • Perform technical and functional problem solving and ensure integration with other solutions/applications

  • Document business requirements and translate them into specification documents that result in solutions that meet or exceed the defined business requirements.

  • Work in cross functional teams to provide seamless integration between Operations and other enterprise applications.

  • Lead/participate in ERP related projects and ensure stakeholder alignment around the vision, scope, schedule and budget for the digital solution.

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous business improvement opportunities enabled by standard application configurations to promote best practices and drive business benefits.

  • Provide knowledge transfer to post go-live support teams.

What you need to be successful:

Minimum qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field and 5+ years of experience in Information Technology that includes experience in a customer facing role, requirement gathering, designing functional/technical solutions, and providing support, and experience in managing and delivering projects in dynamic organizations;

  • 5+ years of SAP configuration experience of the SAP Production Planning module (SAP S4 experience is desired).
