En tant qu'analyste système, vous ferez partie de notre équipe interne des Technologies numériques basée à Longueuil. Cette équipe est dédiée à la mise en place de solutions TI pour notre secteur Logistique, notamment pour les équipes d'Entreposage ainsi que de Ventes et Distribution.

Le candidat idéal est une personne expérimentée, hautement motivée et orientée résultats, capable de collaborer directement avec les équipes de logistique afin de comprendre leurs besoins, d'identifier les opportunités et de concevoir des solutions qui répondent ou surpassent les attentes.

Ce rôle implique une collaboration étroite avec une équipe numérique multidisciplinaire, des fournisseurs de logiciels tiers, des partenaires et des experts métiers afin de développer et déployer des solutions intégrées.

La personne retenue mettra à profit une solide expertise technique pour proposer des solutions, résoudre des problèmes complexes et recommander des approches innovantes en s'appuyant sur les meilleures pratiques et l'architecture applicative de l'entreprise.

  • Participer à la transformation numérique SAP S/4HANA dans le cadre du volet Plan to Sustain
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes et les autres fonctions d'affaires afin d'identifier les opportunités d'optimisation des processus logistiques, de simplifier les opérations, de favoriser les meilleures pratiques et d'accroître la valeur ajoutée
  • Assurer la résolution de problèmes fonctionnels et techniques, tout en garantissant une intégration optimale avec les autres applications et solutions
  • Documenter les besoins d'affaires et les traduire en spécifications détaillées menant à des solutions qui répondent ou surpassent les exigences définies
  • Travailler au sein d'équipes multidisciplinaires pour assurer une intégration harmonieuse entre les systèmes logistiques et les autres applications d'entreprise
  • Diriger ou contribuer aux projets ERP et assurer l'alignement des parties prenantes sur la vision, la portée, l'échéancier et le budget

Qualifications minimales
  • Baccalauréat en technologies de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe, et 7+ années d'expérience en TI incluant : interaction avec les clients, collecte des besoins, conception de solutions fonctionnelles/techniques, soutien applicatif et gestion de projets dans des environnements dynamiques ;
  • OU diplôme d'études supérieures et 5+ années d'expérience équivalente
  • Minimum 5 années d'expérience en configuration SAP, module Production Planning (SAP S/4HANA fortement souhaité)
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en facilitation et en analyse
  • Compétences avérées en gestion de projet

Job Title: Logistics Systems Analyst (SAP WM, EWM)

Position overview:

By joining us as a system analyst, you will be part of our onsite Digital Technologies team based in Longueuil, which focuses on delivering IT solutions for our Logistics team, particularly for the Warehousing and Sales & Distributions organizations.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, highly motivated and mission-driven individual who will engage directly with the logistics organization to understand customer requirements, identify, and develop solutions that meet or exceed customers' expectations

This position requires partnership with a cross functional Digital Technology team, 3rd party software vendors, partners and subject matter experts to develop and execute integrated solutions.

The individual will leverage a strong technical background to propose solutions, troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions that leverage best practices and technologies within the company's application processes and architecture.

What your day to day will look like:

  • Participate in the SAP S/4 Hana digital transformation for the Plan to Sustain workstream
  • Work with business stakeholders and other functional areas to define process opportunities for Logistics Systems that streamline business processes, promote best practices and drive business benefits.
  • Perform technical and functional problem solving and ensure integration with other solutions/applications
  • Document business requirements and translate them into specification documents that result in solutions that meet or exceed the defined business requirements.
  • Work in cross functional teams to provide seamless integration between Logistics and other enterprise applications.
  • Lead/participate in ERP related projects and ensure stakeholder alignment around the vision, scope, schedule and budget for the digital solution.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement continuous business improvement opportunities enabled by standard application configurations to promote best practices and drive business benefits.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to post go-live support teams.
  • Available and able to travel based on business/project needs.


What you need to be successful:

Minimum qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field and 7+ years of experience in Information Technology that includes experience in a customer facing role, requirement gathering, designing functional/technical solutions, and providing support, and experience in managing and delivering projects in dynamic organizations;
  • OR Advanced Degree and 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or related field that includes experience in a customer facing role, requirement gathering, designing functional/technical solutions, and providing support, and experience in managing and delivering projects in dynamic organizations
  • 5+ years of SAP configuration experience of the SAP Production Planning module (SAP S4 experience is desired).
  • Strong communicator with good facilitation, analytical skills
  • Project management skillset


Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP PP certification (ECC/S4)
  • Working knowledge of SAP WM, EWM, transportation and other modules
  • Strong technical experience working in a complex SAP landscape.
  • Demonstrated leadership of successful process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated focus on process development and implementation that spans
  • organizational boundaries.
  • Demonstrated agile mindset and proven history of helping implement and support scaled agile practices.
  • Program debugging experience
  • BTP/MES experience is a plus


This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, daily, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

This position has been designated as 'onsite', with regular in-person work at our premises located in Longueuil, Quebec.
