In this position...
Ford's Integrated ERP (I-ERP) transformation is standardizing global procurement on SAP/Ariba and changing how buyers and suppliers manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier onboarding.

The Analyst, Procurement Transformation & IERP Change Management will lead the people side of this transformation by assessing readiness, supporting global launches, driving training and communications, and using data to accelerate adoption.

This is a hybrid role combining change management, analytics, communications, and training with hands-on procurement and supply chain expertise.

What you'll do...
  • Lead change readiness, adoption, and post-go-live activities across global procurement and supplier populations.
  • Develop OCM metrics, scorecards, and dashboards to measure readiness, training, adoption, proficiency, sentiment, and support trends.
  • Translate data and user feedback into targeted training, communications, coaching, and process improvements.
  • Support global cutovers and releases, including readiness assessments, communications, hypercare, and go/no-go recommendations.
  • Design and deliver training, communications, workshops, job aids, and digital adoption support, partnering with Procurement, IT, Finance, L&D, and MP&L.
  • Support supplier enablement and process improvement, leveraging digital tools, automation, AI, and Agile/SAFe practices to accelerate adoption and reduce business disruption.

  • Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with SAP, Ariba, ERP transformation, Power BI, and WalkMe or similar digital adoption tools.
  • Experience working in SAFe/Agile environments.
  • Prosci, CCMP, CMI, Agile, or SAFe certification.
  • Experience with global supplier enablement, digital communications, or multimedia content.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900., This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
