What are your contributions to the team?
• Serve as a strategic partner within the Supply Chain, Program Office & Engineering strategy and governance team, shaping the evolution of Bombardier's SRM framework and deployment roadmap.
• Lead, coordinate, and execute enterprise-level SRM initiatives, ensuring alignment with Bombardier's strategic priorities, transformation milestones, and long-term supplier strategy.
• Provide guidance and direction to cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Contracts, Quality, Programs, Aftermarket, Finance, HR) to ensure successful execution of SRM deliverables.
• Own the governance cadence, including executive steering reviews, KPI updates, SRM dashboards, strategic reporting, and communication packages for senior leadership.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation, proactively resolving execution challenges and influencing stakeholders to remove barriers.
• Monitor project health, ensuring performance to schedule, quality of deliverables, and rigor in tracking gaps between planned and actual outcomes.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SRM processes, playbooks, templates, tools, and best practices, ensuring consistent adoption across the business.
• Facilitate strategic workshops, supplier-facing engagements, training sessions, and change-management activities to accelerate SRM adoption and maturity.
• Act as a change champion, fostering alignment, promoting SRM culture, and ensuring stakeholders understand roles, expectations, and value creation opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Contracts, Commodity Teams, Quality, Programs, Aftermarket, and Logistics to integrate SRM into core operational workflows.
• Represent the SRM program in cross-functional forums, influencing direction, sharing progress, and ensuring organizational readiness for future phases.

How to thrive in this role?
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field; a Master's degree or PMP/PMI certification is an asset.
• Bring 5-8+ years of experience in project leadership, supplier management, procurement, operations, transformation, or strategy roles-preferably within aerospace or a similarly complex industry.
• Have demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong strategic thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and a track record of delivering high-impact results.
• Communicate with confidence at all organizational levels, with exceptional executive-ready presentation skills.
• Are collaborative, customer-focused, and able to create clarity and alignment across diverse teams.
• Thrive in an evolving environment and are driven by continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Are fluent in English and French is a must.
