Analyst, Operations

Valencia, California - Onsite

As an Analyst, Operations, you'll play a key role in supporting the Operations leadership team through reporting, dashboard management, budget analysis, project coordination, and executive support while helping drive continuous improvement across the site.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze operational data using Excel, SAP, Camstar, PLM, Sonova AI, Power BI, and other business systems to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain Operations dashboards and KPIs to support daily management and business decisions.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations highlighting operational performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Review departmental budgets and cost center performance, identifying spending trends and recommending improvements.
  • Support annual Operations budget planning by consolidating forecasts and coordinating department inputs.
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for Operations leadership.
  • Record meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation, records, and compliance files.
  • Track training records and certifications to support Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
  • Coordinate site events including Town Halls, employee recognition activities, and leadership meetings.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
  • Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in an operations, manufacturing, project coordination, or business support environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) or the ability to quickly learn new platforms.


Preferred
  • Experience with Power BI or business intelligence tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, or cost center analysis.
  • Spanish or German language skills.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or medical device operations.

This role's pay range is between $79,000/yr - $98,000/yr. This role is also bonus eligible.
