What You'll DoAs an Institutional Asset Management Analyst, you'll partner with the Head of U.S. & Canada Institutional and Global Consultant Relations and U.S. Institutional Sales leadership to drive business growth through data-driven insights, pipeline analysis, and client intelligence efforts. This role will use Salesforce, performance dashboards, and AI-enabled resources to strengthen decision-making, increase commercial efficiency, and support key growth initiatives across institutional channels.
You'll also lead the planning and management of conferences, sponsorships, and client events that increase client engagement and market visibility. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, proactive, and comfortable working with senior leaders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive Sales Acceleration & Pipeline Analytics – Analyze pipeline activity, forecasts, and opportunity trends to support revenue growth and improve conversion rates.
- Leverage Data & AI-Driven Insights – Use Salesforce, analytics tools, and AI-powered insights to improve targeting, prioritization, and decision-making.
- Support Executive Reporting – Build presentations, dashboards, business reviews, and strategic materials for senior leadership.
- Advance Growth Initiatives – Support priority client, consultant, insurance, and strategic partner initiatives through research, planning, and opportunity tracking.
- Coordinate Conferences & Events – Handle conferences, sponsorships, and client events, covering planning, logistics, attendee targeting, follow-up, and reporting.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of financial concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Time Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
