Full Job Description
The HRIS Integrations Analyst supports the design, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining of integrations between Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and internal/external business applications. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and third-party vendors to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient data exchange across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines HR systems knowledge with technical integration expertise and has experience supporting cloud-based HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, Oracle HCM, ADP, or similar solutions.

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.

Duites and Responsibilities:
  • Act as a SME for inbound and outbound integrations while supporting SuccessFactors HRIS system enhancements
  • Assist with development of detailed requirements and solution design approaches that satisfy business needs for enterprise application initiatives
  • Lead root cause analysis on complex issues and make recommendations for solutioning
  • Coordinate with internal support teams across HR, IT, and our global organization (AD Group), as well as our Brand partners, to provide operational support and assess/resolve open inquiries.
  • Support configuration testing during routine and unscheduled maintenance cycles, enhancement rollouts, semi-annual SAP release events, and other projects.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business processes and system functionality related to HR data and relevant downstream systems.
  • Utilize the HRIS system and other tools to generate reports and/or extracts to assist with data analysis and research.
  • Develop/Maintain project and integration-related process documentation in support of ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Proactively looks for system solutions and anticipates needs to develop new or revised ways to conduct analysis, configure and design processes to improve data management efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform most complex analytical tasks related to comparing foundation and/or associate data to determine root cause of error.
  • Ability to recommend practical corrective actions and implement actions on analysis provided. Able to identify solutions to help solve problems.
  • Evaluates and recommends the most efficient and cost-effective processes and data management protocols to support effective business operations
  • Researches, analyzes, designs and maintains data management processes and procedures in support of priority business initiatives. | Monitors HR data management process and data privacy information needs and initiates new procedures to meet changing requirements
  • Serves as a project lead, partnering with Design teams, Business Services, and Brand HR leaders providing functional HRIS expertise to solve complex business problems to meet business needs.
  • Ability to manage complex business processes, and interconnected activities with conflicting priorities to support business delivery.
  • Ability to perform complex system analysis, , validation, and resource management to maintain an incredibly complex data network across HR Systems and applications.
  • Ability to partner with IT and Business counterparts to create HRIS data management capabilities supporting the entire organization.
  • Designs, develops, codes, tests, debugs and/or customizes HR data solutions across the Ahold Delhaize technical landscape. Applies best practices and advanced delivery and project management methodologies, to address and review data management requirements, business processes, resource management, and changing development and technology environments

Core/ Premium

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $92,640 - $138,960

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
