Job Overview
This role supports organizational decision-making by designing and producing customer-focused reports and data visualizations. It involves gathering and documenting report requirements and creating specifications to meet business needs. The role utilizes various reporting tools and queries to develop and modify reports and dashboards. Success is measured by the accuracy, quality, and relevance of reporting outputs that meet evolving business requirements. The work impacts the organization by enabling informed decisions through reliable and accessible customer reporting solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Extract data from multiple sources and run queries to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting
  • Analyze, design, and test enhancements and changes to reports and information portals to meet business needs
  • Support senior analysts with reporting, analysis, and ad hoc reporting tasks as required
  • Establish and maintain communication with leadership and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate reporting solutions
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Information Management or related field (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years Working experience in analysis/ reporting and complex development. (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years Experience in SQL or other database programs. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $29.04 - $52.38

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
