Full Job Description
As an Analyst within the Credit Risk Management team, you will wear multiple hats. You will use your strong blend of analytical skills, project management, presentation skills, and ability to develop strong and effective working relationships. You will work independently, and/or as part of a team of analysts, to identify new credit segmentation opportunities using statistical methods leading to enhancements to our credit decision process and policies, collections strategies, and fraud strategies. You will partner within members of the Credit Risk Management team and other functional teams in T-Mobile for the deployment, analysis and tracking of new credit strategies to manage risk. You manipulate large amounts of data, extract key insights from the data, and then clearly and concisely communicate actionable recommendations based upon your insights. In many cases, you will participate in projects at various stages from idea or hypothesis generation to development and/or implementation. You will be expected to contribute actively with creative and credit-focused ideas, to demonstrate problem solving skills and ownership aptitude. Unstoppable, Together! Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
