Key Responsibilities

The Analyst, Commercial Insights & Analytics enables data-driven decision-making across the organization by delivering actionable insights, performance reporting, and advanced analytics that support Commercial strategy and execution. This individual serves as a trusted analytics partner to Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, and other cross-functional stakeholders, translating business questions into clear analytical approaches and decision-oriented recommendations. The role combines strong analytical skills, business acumen, and technical capabilities to develop reporting solutions, identify performance drivers, uncover opportunities and risks, and advance field force effectiveness. The ideal candidate is curious, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable using large and complex datasets to communicate concise, actionable insights to Commercial leaders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Insights, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Market Access, or related Commercial functions.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL and data querying tools.
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or a similar reporting platform.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience integrating and analyzing large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical rigor, and commitment to reporting quality.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or another regulated industry preferred.
  • Experience with AI-enabled analytics, predictive analytics, advanced analytical techniques, or reporting automation preferred.

This role requires the ability to perform standard office activities, including extended periods of computer use, participation in virtual and in-person meetings, and collaboration across teams. Compensation

The target base salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role. Where pay falls withing the range may vary based on many factors, including, but not limited to, job responsibilities, skills, experience, education, certifications, location and applicable geographic pay zones, market conditions, internal equity and business considerations. Compensation decisions are made based on an assessment of the candidate's qualifications and the totality of relevant factors.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an annual short-term incentive program, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
