These roles are responsible for evaluating financial performance through data analysis and reporting to provide insights on trends, risks and opportunities. These employees help guide strategic decisions related to investments, funding and resource allocation. Does not include transactional, accounting, or budget roles.

Individual contributors with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Spends majority of time leading the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education (typically University).

Established and productive individual contributor. Works independently with general to limited supervision. Problems faced are difficult and may be complex. May influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures. May have project management responsibilities on small, less-complex projects.

The pay range for this role is $65,208.00 - $109,153.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
