Job Description

Texas Instruments is seeking a full-time Analog Design Manager in Tucson, Arizona. The Analog Design Manager directs and guides the activities of a research or technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating analog and mixed signal electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems.

Responsibilities include:
  • Evaluates final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives;
  • Prepares and presents reports outlining the outcome of technical projects and makes recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results;
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technology teams to develop new process, packaging and test solutions for sensor technology.
  • Design and mentor engineers to develop low power and high-precision analog circuits.


Qualifications

Minimum requirements:
  • Master's degree in electrical engineering, or related field, and 5 years of experience in design engineering, with experience to include 2 years in analog design circuitry used for sensing applications and analog and mixed signal design circuitry; or
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or related field, and 7 years of experience in design engineering, with experience to include: 5 years in analog design circuitry used for sensing applications and analog and mixed signal design circuitry.
