Based in the Greenville Customer Center, this role offers the opportunity to influence customers, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams while helping define the future of proactive monitoring and customer response.
Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do- Lead the Americas Insights organization, driving proactive monitoring, customer trip response, and operational excellence across the fleet.
- Partner with Regional Services leaders to improve customer reliability, availability, and outage avoidance through disciplined execution and last-mile closure.
- Build strong partnerships across Monitoring & Diagnostics, Customer Service Engineering, Product Service Engineering, Controls, and Digital Technology teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Drive visibility, accountability, and performance through operational governance, workforce planning, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
- Champion Lean principles, Daily Management, and Standard Work while leading the next generation of analytics, AI-enabled diagnostics, and workflow transformation.
- Serve as a visible leader within the Greenville Customer Center, showcasing GE Vernova's differentiated Monitoring & Diagnostics capabilities to customers, executives, and business leaders.
- Develop leaders, build organizational capability, and foster a culture focused on accountability, innovation, and customer impact.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, services, operations, diagnostics, program management, or related industrial technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading business operations, resource management, operating rhythms, transformation programs, or strategic initiatives.
- Experience developing and managing dashboards, KPIs, and business intelligence systems.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence across functions, businesses, and leadership levels.
Preferred Qualifications- Prior people leadership experience.
- Experience with operational planning, workforce management, and productivity tracking.
- Proven implementation of Lean operating systems.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience with Power BI, AI/LLM tools, analytics platforms, and workflow automation.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $152,400.00 and $254,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
