Responsibilities:

General Purpose: Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.

Ambulatory Neurology Triage RN provides clinical support in the outpatient neurology setting by managing telephone and patient portal communications, performing patient blood draws, and assisting with in-clinic procedures. This role gathers and relays patient information to the care team, documents accurately in the electronic medical record, and works collaboratively with RNs and providers to support efficient clinic workflows and timely patient care. 6 months RN experience required.
