Compensation Range:
$93,600.00 - $126,360.00

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Responsibilities:

General Purpose: In an outpatient setting, supports standards of care and providing consultation and expertise in the delivery of patient care. Supports activities at the service, nursing practice, and institutional level, and contributes to goal achievement through personal action and the facilitation of others. They participate in community and professional organizations, demonstrating commitment to the promotion of nursing's visibility and future. Provides expert patient care, serves as a resource, consults as requested, and communicates effectively within the unit and service. They also participate in the management of human resources, the development and evaluation of recruitment and retention strategies, and the monitoring of patient outcomes. May have responsibilities at the unit, program or service level and may assume an expanded role as assigned by leadership

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, experienced RN to join our innovative leadership team while maintaining your IV and critical thinking skills in an outpatient setting. If you have a strong interest in cardiology and are looking to be a part of a fast-paced clinic caring for patients in a variety of roles, this is the position for you. Our nurses rely on their strong assessment and critical thinking skills when caring for patients in the office and via telephone triage. They collaborate with all members of the care team to provide the highest quality and comprehensive care. This applicant will receive individualized training in telephone triage, exercise stress testing, and pharmacological stress testing. This position includes participation in unit/service activities, strong teamwork, change management, mentorship and flexibility. We have multiple locations in Monroe County and do ask that our staff is able to rotate to other locations, as needed. Our largest location is in Brighton
