Alternate Program Manager to support the execution of a
Base Operations & Maintenance (BOM) contract at
Fort Stewart and
Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF).
In this key leadership role, you will assist with the day-to-day management of contract operations while serving as the designated alternate to the Program Manager. When the Program Manager is unavailable, you will assume full responsibility for contract oversight and serve as the primary point of contact with the U.S. Government.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as the Alternate Program Manager for Base Operations & Maintenance activities at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF).
- Assume full Program Manager authority and responsibilities during the Program Manager's absence.
- Support the day-to-day management of contract operations, staffing, and overall contract performance.
- Assist in managing Preventive Maintenance (PM), Operational Work Orders (OWOs), and Direct Maintenance Orders (DMOs) utilizing GFEBS.
- Coordinate with installation Lead Supervisors and functional area managers to ensure contract requirements are met.
- Support Government meetings, reporting requirements, and communications with the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Help ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and operational objectives.
Required QualificationsRequired Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of operations management experience supporting:
- Human Resources
- Financial Resources
- Facility Repair & Maintenance
- Contract Management
- Executive Reporting and Presentations
- Minimum one (1) year of experience serving as a Deputy or Alternate Program Manager on an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract valued at more than $10 million annually.
Additional Requirements- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Must be a legal U.S. resident.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) for the duration of the contract.
