Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly
- Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
- Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families
Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):- Active, unrestricted Illinois LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, quality care in a fast-paced environment
