Position Summary

Provide senior all-source intelligence production and Hard Target analysis supporting USCYBERCOM, integrating SIGINT exploitation with command priorities including Space and Counterspace.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Research, evaluate, and reconcile classified reporting, technical intrusion information, finished intelligence, open-source information, and other relevant data to assess national security issues.
  • Characterize cyber threats, malware, adversary activity, and changes in tactics, techniques, and procedures; develop threat indicators and warning products.
  • Produce timely intelligence assessments and written and oral products that meet ODNI and DIA tradecraft standards, including ICD 203, with minimal senior-level reviewer corrections.
  • Provide Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment support to offensive and defensive cyber planning and execution, including intelligence estimates and support to intelligence planning teams.
  • Coordinate analysis with Intelligence Community and command partners under government direction; maintain awareness of relevant domestic and international developments.
  • Use intelligence production tools and databases, including relevant capabilities such as Palantir, MIDB, Intellipedia, CyberCOP, and other command-designated systems.
  • Support cyber exercises, staff requests for information, product editing and dissemination, operating instructions, and briefings to senior military leaders.
  • Support meetings related to the assigned area of responsibility; some travel may be required, with virtual participation preferred.
  • When surge support is authorized, identify cyber entities for target development and enter validated entity information into MIDB or its successor.
  • Research selectors of interest using SIGINT production tools and capabilities to identify, develop, and characterize cyber threats.
  • Support Hard Target initiatives aligned with command priorities, including Space and Counterspace, and integrate SIGINT findings with the all-source analytic enterprise to support operational outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of the assigned intelligence mission and mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methods.
  • Ability to conduct rigorous research, evaluate multiple information sources, defend analytic judgments, and revise assessments when new evidence emerges.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, collaborate across the Intelligence Community, and communicate complex findings clearly in written products and briefings.
  • Ability to review analytic products for sound arguments, tradecraft standards, and supported conclusions; knowledge of IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
  • Certificate of completion or verified work experience/coursework equivalent to the skills identified in DoD Directive 8570.01 for IAT Level I or IAM Level I.
  • Ability to research and analyze selectors using SIGINT tools and databases and integrate SIGINT information into all-source assessments.

Required Education and Experience Equivalency
  • Related master's degree from an institution accredited by a U.S. Department of Education-recognized agency with at least 12 years of experience related to the labor category, with some experience within the last two years.
  • Alternatively, a related bachelor's degree with at least 17 total years of experience related to the labor category, including five additional years of related senior experience in substitution for the master's degree, with some experience within the last two years.
Required Certifications
