  • Engage in process improvement and operational control strategies.
  • Assist with on-call duties in a 24/7 operational environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

January 2026 Rate: $75,022.79-$92,889.33 as per Collective Bargaining Agreement (OPEIU)

In addition to base salary, a monthly $1793.47applied as applicable up to the annual amount of $20,000.00*

Our incredible team of professionals provide complete aircraft maintenance, support, and services including airframe inspections, repair and modifications, power plant removal and installations, and repairs, while ensuring proper adherence to Company policies and procedures.

Hours of Work:
  • Rotating day shift (5 days on, 2 days off) as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
  • May be required to work various shifts and overtime, including days, weekends, statutory holidays, and on-call in a 24/7 environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Include, but not limited to, the following minimum skills and qualifications:
  • Must hold a current and valid Transport Canada M1 and/or M2 license.
  • Experience AW139 or PC12 considered an asset.
  • Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and e-mail.
  • Valid Canadian passport or ability to work in Canada and ability to travel to the U.S.A.
  • Must be able to obtain and retain a Restricted Area Identity Card in accordance with the Airport Restricted Area Access Clearance Program regulated by Transport Canada.
