Purpose of Position

The objective for the QSFS Aircraft Finance Consultant is to drive new financing business to the NetJets organization. They function as a trusted consultative partner to internal NetJets sales teams. They also assist the team with operational support for all sales activities, including preliminary financial/credit analysis preparation and closing of whole aircraft loan and lease transactions. The core functions of this role are pricing structuring, sales education, loan/lease documentation preparation, and loan/lease closings.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Prepare preliminary pricing scenarios and financing workbooks for sales executives and owners. Support preparation of owner-facing materials that explain financing options and benefits.
  • Assist with gathering owner information, updating CRM entries, and maintaining accurate transaction pipelines.
  • Coordinate with sales to ensure all required materials are ready ahead of owner calls or internal deal reviews.
  • Collect financial statements and required documentation from owners and ensure completeness before credit review.
  • Draft initial versions of credit approval packages based on provided financial documentation and deal terms. Assemble and format credit approval documents for internal credit teams.
  • Prepare draft loan documentation packages and coordinate revisions with the internal legal team.
  • Track all closing requirements, manage checklists, and coordinate with internal teams to schedule and finalize closings.
  • Build and update Excel workbooks with deal terms, financial structures, and approval of routing details.
  • Maintain version control and ensure all stakeholders receive the correct and updated deal materials.
  • Assist with testing, documenting, and implementing new IT system features related to financing workflows.
  • Support operational workflows tied to whole aircraft financing, including document preparation.
  • Maintain process documentation and help identify areas for efficiency improvements.
  • Track deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, and escalate issues when timelines or deliverables are at risk.
  • Maintain organized digital files, templates, and process guides for team use.
  • Must be open to occasional travel for territory visits and/or industry events.
  • Role offers early-career professionals a strong launch point with clear pathways to grow into either a more sales-driven track or a deeper operations specialization as skills develop.
  • Support data entry, system configuration, and user acceptance testing as needed.
