Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in air traffic control simulation and scenario development
• Familiarity with FAA terminal facility operations, including SOPs and LOAs
• Knowledge of FAA Job Order 3120.4 requirements
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate scenarios against traffic and training objectives
• Proven coordination skills with FAA personnel and facility staff
• Experience providing technical training and support to end users
• CPC certification required, with recent ATCS or management experience within 5 years; waiver possible; US Citizenship required with Public Trust clearance eligibility

Responsibilities

• Develop training scenario packages for terminal facilities using FAA scenario development tools
• Provide simulation development training to facility staff for self-production of simulation content
• Analyze and update facility scenarios to ensure alignment with current traffic and training objectives
• Modify facility scenarios to optimize data and address identified issues
• Investigate methods for generating and customizing facility maps for training applications
• Package developed scenarios for ATCoach delivery
• Evaluate scenarios to ensure training objectives and compliance with FAA standards
